Admission Process

Admisson Process

Congratulations on commencing your child's educational journey at Westcliff International School. We believe that every student has the potential to succeed in their unique way, and our faculty and staff are dedicated to ensuring that this happens. Our straightforward admissions process consists of just 5 simple steps.

Obtain information

Connect with our Westcliff International School Admissions Department. Our helpful staff will guide you through the decision-making process, providing information on educational systems, financial aid programs, and more. To schedule a tour or seek assistance, call +0201271112723 or email admission@westcliffschool.com.

Apply for Financial Aid (if applicable)

Visit the "Financial Aid" Tab to understand school fee deadlines and explore eligibility for scholarships, grants, and discounts. Complete the financial aid question in the Family Profile screen of the application form. This process runs parallel to the application, and your Admission Advisor will integrate approved Westcliff scholarships with confidentiality.

Submit Application for Admission

For a prompt start to your child's academic journey, submit the admission application HERE or contact the front office. Our Admissions team will promptly help you with filling up your child's application form.

Stay Connected for Assessment and Interview Details

​

An Admissions Advisor will provide updates within 1-3 business days, coordinating assessment and interview details with you. Our instant result publication ensures a quick process, with many interviews scheduled on the same day.

Receive News of Acceptance/Denial

Upon receiving the acceptance notice, your Admission Advisor will guide you through completing required documents. After enrolment, expect ongoing communication for system logins and information about the New Student Orientation.

Required Documents

Before the interview, all applicants will need to have the following documents readily available to support their application form:

  • Photocopy of the birth certificate computerised for Egyptian nationals

  • Photocopies of both parents' national IDs face and back (for Egyptians) or 1st page of parents' passport (for non-Egyptians)

  • One recent passport-size photos on a white background (we recommend you have six photos for later stages)

  • Copy of the academic reports for the previous two years.

    • 2022-2023 Final School/Nursery Report.

    • 2023-2024 Latest School/Nursery Report.

  • Copy of the immunisation card signed and stamped by the student's doctor.

Upon acceptance, all applicants will need to submit the following documents immediately to complete their application form:

  • Photocopy of the applicant’s passport

  • Original birth certificate computerised for Egyptian nationals (with a green police postage stamp on it).

  • Five recent passport-size photos on a white background.

  • Academic reports for the previous two years.

    • 2022-2023 Final School/Nursery Report.

    • 2023-2024 Latest School/Nursery Report.

Important Note

Before full official enrolment, documents required by the Ministry of Education in Egypt must be submitted. These necessary documents are accessible and downloadable below. Parents are solely responsible for ensuring timely submission of these documents.
